2007 is down time for DSTS. We won’t be submitting a team for the SF tourney this year. I know you’ll miss our fundraisers and silly antics at the banquet but it’s all good. We may be back for 2008.
Will keep y’all posted.

Greetings,
This is an invitation to attend the 63rd North American Chinese
Invitational Volleyball Tournament in San Francisco during Labor Day
Weekend, 2007. This year, we are proud to “Embrace the Heritage” by
celebrating and educating the history and importance of these games.
Please feel free to contact me if you have old photos and stories you
would like to share. We will also be hosting a “Classics” game in
which the long-time NACIVT members can dust-off and showcase their
9-man skills. More information and registration will be on our website
shortly.
Here are some useful information you may need for the tournament:
The WEBSITE is up and running. Please visit www.nacivt-sf.com for the most up-to-date information.
WEBSITE REGISTRATION is available for anyone wanting to receive
automatic updates such as hotel info and registration deadline
reminders. You can find this on the bottom of the menu panel to the
left of the page. Future updates will be disbursed via the website
distribution list only.
ONLINE REGISTRATION
to the tournament is now available. Follow the simple instructions on
the page to get your team registered. Please note that official
entrance to the touranment follows timely payments of fees &
security deposits.
In the very near future, we will also have a “POINTS OF INTEREST” page where you can find tourism opportunities while you are visiting our city. Currently, you will find a useful link.
We are also forming the 2007 National Tournament Committee, NTC.
Please let me know if you are representing your city this year. While
we will have time set aside at the general meeting to discuss and
propose any changes to the NACVIT constitution,
we ask that all issues be submitted in advance in the interest of
saving time. You will also find more information on the site in the
near furture.
We hope you are as excited as we are in the upcoming celebration of our sport.
Much Regards,
SF NACIVT Committee
